The Women in Capital Markets Initiative—which brings together leaders from across finance, academia, and policymaking—addressed these questions at a series of get-togethers in New York City and Washington, DC. Good but not great. What made the difference between good and great for her was one very simple thing, the same thing that often makes the difference between successful people and very successful people.
